Detectives said he forced two girls, ages 13 and 16, to prostitute themselves at the Vacation Post Inn in Ocala and at three private parties.

During the investigation, detectives discovered Morgan charged customers $50 to have sex with the girls, and when the victims refused to perform a sex act for money, Morgan would allegedly make threats of violence.

Deputies said Morgan charged the girls $45 for using the hotel room, food and toiletries. Witnesses told investigators that Morgan had sex with an underage victim.

"There was one or two cases where he actually had sex with one of the teenagers," said Judge Cochran, Marion County Sheriff's Office.

Morgan faces charges of domestic minor sex trafficking, procuring a person under 18 for prostitution and lewd or lascivious battery. Morgan is being held on a $475,000 bond.

Another man, Ronald Brown, was also arrested and is accused of being one of their customers.
