WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — A Winter Garden car dealer plans to sue the city because of a construction project that he claims is ruining his business.
B & A Auto Sales sent WFTV pictures of dirt coating the cars on the sales lot on West State Road 50. The dealer says the dirt is coming from a nearby construction site.
The City of Winter Garden says it is doing everything it can to minimize problems for nearby businesses.
