ORLANDO, Fla. — A downtown Orlando building that's been plagued with problems is facing another legal battle.
The owners of office units and retail spaces at The Plaza filed a lawsuit last Friday to stop Orlando Utilities Commission from shutting off its cooling system.
The utility company says the owners owe more than $800,000 for chilled water service. But lawyers for The Plaza say they're being charged too much and they've only been paying for what they've been using.
