Florida Tuskers Leaving Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Florida Tuskers of the United Football Leage have ceased operations and will move to Norfolk, Virginia. The Tuskers have spent the past two years in Orlando and played at the Citrus Bowl.

"Orlando was a great market, but the big driver was the size of the venues available to us. We need appropriately sized stadium venues as much as we need non-NFL markets in order to be successful. Virginia offers us the ideal scenario, while such an option does not exist in Orlando," said UFL Commissioner Michael Huyghue.

Tuskers coach Jay Gruden will be the new head coach of the Virginia Destroyers.
