ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Casey Anthony's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, have trademarked the name Caylee Anthony, in order to stop companies from selling merchandise.
The Anthonys' attorney, Mark Lippman, said they also trademarked the phrase "justice for Caylee" after everything from hats to underwear were being sold with the phrase.
A cease and desist letter was also sent to two websites selling the merchandise.
