NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. — A man accused of robbing a bank is behind bars after he turned himself in to police Thursday.
New Smyrna Beach police said Brian Davis, 44, robbed a TD Bank on State Road 44 Monday morning.
Police said Davis stole cash after he gave the teller a note demanding money.
