Accused serial flasher arrested in Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — An accused serial flasher was arrested Tuesday in Orange County.

Deputies said Wilfredo Nazario exposed himself to several people over the past few weeks while performing a sex act. They said he even drove around school buses to flash them.

"There are numerous exposure cases that have been occurring with him," Cpl. Brandon Ragan of the Orange County Sheriff's Office said. "Every case is linking back to the car that he drives."

Investigators said Nazario was driving a white Toyota Camry. They said he would remove the car's license plate, circle an area, park near someone and expose himself.

Nazario was arrested in March in Osceola County after he was accused of exposing himself in front of people on U.S. 192.

In that incident, Nazario accepted a plea deal for misdemeanor indecent exposure and was sentenced to probation.

Investigators believe that last month he was driving around school buses parked at a Publix grocery near SeaWorld while exposing himself.

"There have been several investigations that we're conducting currently that involve school bus drivers," Ragan said.

Investigators said they caught him exposing himself Tuesday to a woman waiting at a bus stop on Vineland Road.

"Do you have a problem with exposing yourself in front of people?" Channel 9's Jeff Deal asked Nazario.

"No, sir," Nazario said.

Investigators said Nazario is suspected of similar crimes in other jurisdictions.
