Brevard County home destroyed in fire

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — A home was destroyed in a fire in Brevard County early Friday.

Just before 2 a.m., firefighters said a home near Lost Canyon Place and Blue Ridge Avenue caught fire.

Video from the scene showed lots of smoke in the air and the house was very badly damaged.

Officials said the house was vacant and no one was injured.

Investigators said they are looking into what caused the fire.

No other information was available.
