WINTER PARK, Fla. — Some Winter Park resident will experience brief power outages Tuesday morning, according to the city.
Officials said the city's utility department will be installing new distribution connections with Orlando Utilities between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Officials said residents in the areas surrounding the corridors of Lakemont Avenue (south of Whitehall Drive) and Glenridge Way as well as Pennsylvania and Lake Sue avenues, and Winter Park Road will lose power for a brief time.
"I expect that customers in these areas will experience a brief outage lasting no more than three minutes," said Electric Utility Director Jerry Warren, in a press release.
