VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — UPDATE: Roberto Rivera, the 80-year-old Deltona man reported missing earlier today, has been found.
Deputies located him about three-tenths of a mile from where he was last seen.
An 80-year-old Deltona man with Alzheimer’s disease disappeared Sunday morning, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said.
Roberto Andujar Rivera, 80, was last seen in his Winterville Street home, near Deltona High School, at around 3 a.m., deputies said.
Rivera, who’s believed to be on foot, left his home without his medication. He has no access to money, a cellphone or a vehicle, deputies said.
Rivera is described as white with white hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 4 inches tall.
He speaks limited English.
