Osceola man wanted after brother shot, killed turns himself in, deputies say

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Osceola County deputies said a man wanted for shooting and killing his brother has turned himself in to law enforcement.

Deputies said they went to 1131 Doncaster Court in reference to a shooting Friday night.

The deputies said when they arrived they found Jonathan Ducos on the roadway in front of the house with an apparent gunshot wound.

Ducos was transported to a hospital, where he later died.

The Sheriff’s Office identified Alberto Ducos Jr., the victim’s brother, as the suspect.

Investigators said the brothers were arguing when Alberto Ducos Jr. fired one shot at Jonathan Ducos.

Officials said Alberto Ducos Jr. fled the scene prior to the deputies’ arrival.

Alberto Ducos Jr. turned himself in to law enforcement Saturday night. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
