The Los Angeles-based company builds out retail spaces inside old box trucks and rents them out by the day or longer to entrepreneurs who eschew the traditional retail storefront in favor of an online approach with a hyper-targeted retail presence.

Van Ells launched the business alongside her husband, Dustin, a Navy veteran, after the Covid-19 pandemic caused Van Ells’ freelance finance and content writing work to dry up nearly overnight, pushing her to find another source of income.
