How employers are tweaking their offices to entice workers back

Interior flooring company Interface moved into a consolidated office in Atlanta 18 months before Covid-19 pandemic broke out.

That experience pushed the company to reimagine its physical space and how it fits into the company’s workplace strategy.

“People will not need to come into the office anymore for quiet, focused work where they are not just working by themselves,” said Darby Gracey, Interface’s global director of worklife and workplace Strategy. “They will need a reason to come into the office.”
