Humid start to the weekend, storms to roll in this afternoon

ORLANDO, Fla. — The weekend is starting off quite sticky.

Meteorologist Kassandra Crimi said it would remain warm and muggy through the afternoon, with highs in the upper 80s and low 90s.

The sea breeze will develop showers and storms later this afternoon.

Areas along Interstate 4 and inland will have the best chance for rain and storms on Saturday.

Crimi expects the storms to drift slowly this afternoon, which could lead to some communities picking up one to three inches of rain.
