ORLANDO, Fla. — A judge on Friday has tossed out the claims against Casey Anthony after Zenaida Gonzalez sued her for defamation.
When Anthony's 2-year-old daughter Caylee disappeared in 2008, Anthony said a woman by the name of Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped the girl after she was dropped off at the Sawgrass Apartments in Orlando.
In an earlier deposition, Anthony admitted she pulled Gonzalez's name and the location she last saw her daughter off the top of her head when she was confronted by investigators.

One Friday, Channel 9 obtained a 20-page decision that documented all of the details in the case.
"The Court concludes the evidence is not sufficient to prove that (Anthony) intended to injure the (Gonzalez) or harm her reputation, of that (Anthony) acted with malice when she blurted out the reference to the "girl down in Kissimmee" in response to her mother's questions in their private conversation."
"There is nothing in the statement (or in the entire hour-long conversation on July 25, 2008) to support (Gonzalez's) allegations that (Anthony) intended to portray Gonzalez as a child kidnapper and potentially a child killer or that Anthony subject Gonzalez to heightened police and media scrutiny."
In 2011, Anthony was tried on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter. She was acquitted of the murder charges.
