Kissimmee shopping center’s new owner plans to expand

A retail center in Osceola County has traded hands in a multi-million-dollar transaction — and its new owner plans further development on the property.

Orlando-based 7400 Southland LLC, an entity related to private investor Daniel Dillon, bought the 47,604-square-foot Fountains Town Center at 2910 Pleasant Hill Road south of Kissimmee on July 14 for $8.7 million, Osceola County records showed. The seller was St. Cloud-based Pleasant Hill Plaza LLC, an entity registered to Randy Sheive.

Marcus & Millichap Inc. Orlando investment specialists Tarek Chbeir and Braden Dwyer represented the seller of the two-story property, which was built in 2007. Real estate and property management firm Legacy Realty of Central Florida, which is owned by Jolene Sheive, represented the seller in the transaction.
