LAKE COUNTY, Fla. — The Lake County Sheriff’s Office said it is searching for two men who shot two people in a club parking lot.
Around 2 a.m., Lake County deputies responded to Club 27 located at 215 US Highway 27 in the Four Corners area of Clermont after receiving reports of shots fired in the parking lot.
Deputies said a man and woman had been shot during an altercation and were both taken to a hospital.
Deputies said they are searching for two men in relation to the shooting.
One man was wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers, according to deputies. The other man was wearing a red shirt, dark pants and white sneakers, deputies said.
Both men were armed with handguns and fled the business southbound on US Highway 27 in a black, newer model four-door sedan, deputies said.
The investigation is ongoing.
