Walters was shot and killed around 8:45 p.m. at Berry Park in a “possible drug deal gone bad,” police said.

Investigators said Miller has ties to Leesburg and Fruitland Park, but doesn’t stay in one place and does not own a car.

Police released a photo of Miller, but say he may have shorter hair than in the photo.
