SANFORD, Fla. — An Orlando-based airline known for its charter and cargo flights is starting regular passenger service from Florida to Puerto Rico.
National Airlines' inaugural passenger flight is set for Wednesday from Orlando-Sanford International Airport to Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan.
Flights to Windsor, Ontario, start on Thursday. Other flights to Canada will be added next year.
The airline employs more than 200 workers in the Orlando area.
