Nearby front to increase rain chance this weekend

ORLANDO, Fla. — It’ll be a partly cloudy and nice day in Central Florida to end the workweek.

We’ll have breezy conditions and highs in the low 80s on Friday.

The risk of rip currents remains high on Friday.

Tonight, temperatures will drop into the 60s.

This weekend, an old front will be nearby so we’ll have a chance of scattered showers and storms. It won’t be a washout, just a 40% chance of rain.

The best chance of seeing a storm is during the afternoon hours.

Temperatures will be in the mid-80s this weekend.
