The west Orange County suburb of Winter Garden soon may see another building rise in its popular historic downtown district.

On July 27, the Winter Garden City Commission will consider a site plan approval request for a four-story, 23,450-square-foot building slated for the northwest corner of South Boyd and Tremaine streets, according to city documents.

The building is planned to rise on about 0.16 acres that currently is used for parking on the south side of the properties at 100 and 126 W. Plant St.
