MAITLAND, Fla. — The latest in a myriad of changes recently made to exit and entrance ramps at the intersection of Interstate 4 and Maitland Boulevard will be opening this weekend.
A new offramp from westbound I-4 onto Maitland Boulevard is scheduled to open Saturday morning and will force drivers to exit the interstate about a quarter-mile sooner than they currently do.
The newest change is the seventh ramp change at the I-4-Maitland Boulevard interchange, and should be the last one for the foreseeable future, I-4 Ultimate officials said.
The new ramp opening could be delayed until Sunday depending on rain, which is expected to move into Orlando overnight Friday.
