A Winter Park-based startup plans to open seven of its luxury wine and spirits shops around metro Orlando in 2023.

The Good Pour Wine & Spirits has submitted pre-application plans in Seminole County to convert a 6,600-square-foot commercial building in Longwood to one of its high-end stores, joining plans it has for locations in Winter Park, Winter Garden and Horizon West, among other local submarkets.
The potential conversion of the former True Value Hardware store in Longwood is set to be discussed Jan. 4 during a development review committee meeting.
