Orange County apartment complex says its trying to address rotten-smelling water

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — At Clarcona Groves apartments where residents have been complaining about rotten-smelling water, some residents say things are getting better while others aren’t convinced their water is safe.

The property management team said it’s been running tests and fixing individual units.

Some families said they feel a little bit more comfortable turning their faucets on. Others say they still have to by jugs of water just to shower and brush their teeth.

The decaying smell coming from Jada Jarret’s water is not as strong as last week but not faint enough for her family to let go of their water jugs.
