Central Florida man shot and killed in residential neighborhood, deputies say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — An early morning shooting has left a man dead in Orange County.

Deputies responded to a call of a man down at 1:39 a.m. in the Oak Ridge neighborhood of Orange County on Sunday.

The shooting happened near the intersection of Vagabond Lane and Rio Grande Avenue.

When deputies arrived, they found a man in his 30s had been shot. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.

Deputies have not released any suspect information at this time.
