ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Friends and family of a young man killed by a hit-and-run driver will use Saturday to hold a vigil in his honor and to call for justice.
Someone hit and killed 19-year-old Anthony Mejias earlier this month as he was walking near Orange Avenue near Lancaster Road in Orange County.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers released new video that shows a smaller vehicle striking Mejias on the morning of April 2.
