UPDATE: Gunman in custody after two girls, woman shot Sunday morning in Pine Hills, deputies say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — 8:05 p.m. update:

Orange County deputies said the suspected shooter in Pine Hills was arrested Sunday evening out of the state.

Deputies did not say where the suspect was taken into custody and did not give more details on his identity.

Orange County deputies said they plan to provide more information on Monday.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is searching for the person who shot two children during a triple shooting in Pine Hills on Sunday.

Deputies received a call about a shooting around 9 a.m. in the 1,500 block of Ridge Pointe Drive.

When deputies arrived, they found two girls and a woman had been shot and the shooter had fled the scene.

The victims were taken to a hospital for treatment. Deputies did not give a description of their injuries or condition.

Deputies said they know who the gunman is and reporting the shooting was a case of domestic violence.

Deputies have not released any description of the shooter.
