Large tree falls on home after storms in Orlando, firefighters say

ORLANDO, Fla. — A large tree heavily damaged an Orlando home after storms moved through Saturday afternoon.

Orlando firefighters said the tree fell on a home at around 5:28 p.m. on North Hillside Avenue.

Firefighters said they rescued three people from inside the home and they were uninjured.

Officials are looking over the damage to the home and working to clear the tree.

Residents in the area are asked to stay clear as crews work to clear the damage.
