Investigators believe that a maintenance worker, Armando Caballero, used a master key fob at the Arden Villas on Sept. 24 to break into her apartment and abduct her.

Caballero was found dead on Sept. 27 at a different apartment complex in Seminole County in an apparent suicide.

Now that investigators are sure the body they found Saturday morning is Marcano, the family is ready for this case to close so they can move on.

But before that, they want justice.

The Marcano family legal team is conducting an investigation of their own, speaking to people who live in her complex and find out more details about the prime suspect, Armando Caballero, who family attorney Daryl Washington said he’s sure he did it.
