ORLANDO, Fla. — A new center offering seniors health and wellness resources at no cost opened in Orlando last week.
CarePlus Health Plans Community Center opened on Feb. 2 and is the second CarePlus Community Center to open in the Central Florida area.

In June 2022, the company celebrated the grand opening of its first Community Center in Winter Haven.
According to a news release, the center is geared towards seniors and other people eligible for Medicare and offers health education seminars, and fitness and social activities for seniors at no cost.

The center will also host food, hygiene items, and pet food distributions throughout the year.

The 5,000-square-foot community center is located in the Conway Plaza at 4442 Curry Ford Road and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
