Orange County Convention Center looks to get back on track for 2021

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The Orange County Convention Center is a huge part of the local economy in Central Florida, and its events impact so many other small businesses.

But with the pandemic, what will it look like in 2021?

So far, the convention center has 94 events on the books for 2021, with 1.3 million people expected to attend, and an estimated $2.93 billion impact.

Last year, before the pandemic, the center had 141 events, with more than 1.4 million attendees and a $3 billion impact.
