Teens arrested after shooting at each other outside Winter Garden home, police say

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Police in Winter Garden said they have arrested two teens who were shooting at each other Saturday afternoon.

Officers said they were called to a home on Winford Court at around 1 p.m.

Two teens outside the home were in the front yard shooting at each other, police said.

Officers said when law enforcement arrived the teens ran into the home a barricaded themselves inside.

Units with Winter Garden Police Department, Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Winter Park Police Department and the Apopka Police Department all responded to the location.

Police said a search warrant was obtained and SWAT members arrived to get the teens out of the home.

Officers said the two teens are known to law enforcement and have been arrested.

SWAT members are looking inside the home to see if anyone else is inside, police said.

Officers said there does not appear to be any injuries at the home.
