Universal Orlando Resort set to host Independence Day celebration on July 4

ORLANDO, Fla. — Universal Orlando Resort will host an Independence Day celebration featuring special entertainment at Universal Studios Florida.

The Fourth of July party will feature a live band, DJ, stilt walkers, patriotic-themed performers, and meet and greets with Universal’s most popular characters.

The activities are included with admission to Universal Studios Florida.

The festivities kick off July 4 at 5 p.m. at the red, white and blue-themed Music Plaza.

The night will culminate with a special pyrotechnics show, which can be seen throughout the park.

Guest can also check out Universal Orlando’s Cinematic Celebration, a nighttime show that combines pyrotechnics, water, music and lights to pay tribute to beloved characters from Universal attractions and some of the world’s biggest films.

Universal Studios Hollywood is also getting in on the celebration with special in-park activities all weekend long from July 2-4.
