Yoga class at Orlando Health helps cancer fighters find calm, strength during treatment

“It just made my recovery so much better and then just the calming effect of it, ‘cause it’s a tense time in your life,” she said.

Smart’s yoga class is one of a host of therapies in the integrative medicine program at Orlando Health’s Cancer Institute. The program, run by neuropsychologist Diane Robinson, is aimed at helping survivors cope and heal.
