Owners of Winter Park’s new Ava MediterrAegean restaurant dish on additional concepts

The owners of the newest restaurant on Winter Park’s popular Park Avenue have been pleased by the reception that Ava MediterrAegean has received since opening Feb. 4.

And, as busy as they are with all that comes along with a newly-opened upscale concept, they’re also busy eyeing opportunities for expansion.

Gregory and Marine Galy, founders of Miami-based Riviera Dining Group -- which owns Ava MediterrAegean -- confirmed to the Orlando Business Journal they are looking at expansion opportunities both around the state and in Central Florida.
