Police arrest man accused in West Melbourne Walmart robbery

WEST MELBOURNE, Fla. — West Melbourne police arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with an armed robbery at a Walmart.

Surveillance video from the robbery on Sept. 27 at the store on Palm Bay Road shows Douglas Braham, 24, trying to walk out of the store with a 40-inch TV, but he’s struggling with a store employee who was trying to take it from him, police said.

He allegedly threatened the employee by telling her, “Let go or I’ll take out my knife and stab you.”

Braham was later arrested.

Police are still searching for a second suspect, whom they’ve identified as Michael Parson.
