HOLLY HILL, Fla. — A couple was found dead early Thursday in a home, the Holly Hill Police Department said.
A roommate found Michael Sinniger, 53, of Holly Hill, and Michelle Buccini, 40, of Ormond Beach, unresponsive shortly before 6:30 a.m. in a home on Daytona Avenue near Ridgewood Avenue and Second Street, Holly Hill police Chief Stephen Aldrich said.
"He's just a good guy. It's just shocking," said Sinniger's friend, Nikki Hickman.

Firefighters pronounced the couple dead at the scene.
Police said the couple was found in a bedroom with what appeared to be pills and crack. Police said they don't suspect foul play.
Police will now wait for the toxicology reports.
Neighbors told Channel 9's Mike Springer that there were always people coming and going from the home at all hours of the night, but they said the couple was never loud or caused any problems.
"I don't think he had issues with anyone that knew him. He was an all-around good guy, it's unfortunate," said Hickman.
