ST. CLOUD, Fla. — A 29-year-old man accused of barging into a St. Cloud home and stabbing a 70-year-old woman Saturday was arrested Thursday, the St. Cloud Police Department said.
Hiram Ortiz is accused of stabbing the victim multiple times in her home at the Inglewood Meadows apartments on Nolte Road near Old Canoe Creek Road, St. Cloud police Sgt. Anthony Miller said.

The victim, whose identity wasn't released, was taken to a hospital, Miller said.
Her injuries weren't life-threatening.
Ortiz was booked into the Osceola County Jail on attempted murder, armed burglary and aggravated battery on an elderly person charges.
No other details were given.
