A corner property at one of Winter Park’s busiest — and most unique — intersections has been put on the market.

Amy Calandrino, CEO of Maitland-based Beyond Commercial, is the listing broker for the half-acre property at 609 W. Fairbanks Ave. — at the three-way intersection where West Fairbanks Avenue, North Orange Avenue and South Pennsylvania Avenue meet.
The land is currently home to Car & Quest Inc., a luxury used-car dealership that bought the property in 2012 for $251,100.
