SeaWorld announces opening date for new Ice Breaker coaster

ORLANDO, Fla. — On Monday, SeaWorld announced that its new Ice Breaker coaster will open on Feb. 18.

The coaster will feature four airtime filled launches, both backward and forward, culminating in a reverse launch into the steepest beyond-vertical drop in Florida, a 93-foot-tall spike with 100-degree angle, SeaWorld said.

Riders will fly over a near vertical top-hat maneuver into a series of exciting twists, turns and airtime hills.
