Orlando has the 25th-highest rental listing price for one bedroom apartments of any large city in the U.S. in May, a recent report stated.

According to the latest Zumper National Rent Report that looks at 100 cities across the nation with large populations, the median asking rent for a one-bedroom unit in Orlando is $1,650 in May, with no change from the previous month and a 2.9% decrease from the same time last year.

Rental rates of $1,950 in Orlando for two-bedroom units in May remained flat from the previous year, but were up 0.5% from the prior month.
