Since then, however, three such deals have occurred — with the recent $2.95 million sale for the home at 4601 New Broad St. representing a new record for the community.

The Premier Sotheby’s International Realty team of agents Mick Night and John Pinel announced the transaction — saying it sets “a new benchmark” for Baldwin Park — and represented the sellers in the deal, which closed last week.
