SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A former Oviedo High School student is accused of raping a 12-year-old boy on two separate occasions, according to an arrest affidavit.
The affidavit says the victim told investigators Dylan Owusu Gaymfi sexually assaulted him on two separate occasions over the course of a month.
The 12-year-old boy alleges the first incident took place about a month ago at Owusu Gaymfi’s house on Cochran Road in Geneva.
According to the affidavit, the two were hanging out when Owusu Gaymfi forced the 12-year-old face-first onto Owusu Gaymfi’s bed, removed the victim’s pants and engaged in unprotected sex with him.
The victim said a second assault by Owusu Gaymfi happened Jan. 4. The victim states that neither time was he a willing participant and that he told Owusu Gaymfi to stop several times.
The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office said the case remains an open and active investigation. Investigators want to know if there could be other victims.
"While we only have one victim at the time identified, we would like to hear from anybody that may have concerns about this individual,” said Bob Kealing, a public information officer.
