Second child claims he was raped inside home by former Oviedo High School student

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A former Oviedo High School student who was charged last week with the rape of a 12-year-old boy is now accused of raping another boy at his home in Geneva.

Dylan Gaymfi, 18, allegedly raped the 12-year-old boy twice within a month and deputies are not ruling out there could be more potential victims.

The latest victim came forward to a school resource deputy and told him he tried to intervene when the first victim was allegedly being raped, but ended up being raped as well.

WFTV was in court last Wednesday of last week when Gaymfi went before the judge on charges involving the sexual battery of a child.

According to the new arrest report, the victim told deputies that he witnessed the rape of the first victim at the hands of Gaymfi and stated he attempted to stop him several times, but was unsuccessful due to them being barricaded in Gaymfi’s bedroom behind a locked door and window.

The victim also told investigators that after the first victim fled the home, Gaymfi allegedly pulled him into the bedroom, pinned both arms behind his back and raped him.

"Both of these children were attacked by this individual and the seriousness of the charges certainly reflect that," said Bob Kealing, with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

Gaymfi is not getting out of jail anytime soon. His initial bond was taken away by the judge during his hearing last week because of the seriousness of the charges.

If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
