WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. — Six Winter Springs High School students accused of raping a 16-year-old classmate were ordered to stay behind bars.
Tywuan Johnson, 17, Torreano Batton, 18, Jose Sims, 17, Deoante Stewart, 17, and Tolbert Alexander, 16, all of Sanford, and Marquis Pierre, 16, of Winter Springs, appeared in front of a judge Thursday morning.
The judge ordered the teens not to have any contact with the victim or each other. They'll remain hailed until their next court appearance on Dec. 8.
Police said all six are football players, and have been charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment.

There are also reports the victim was able to record some of the incident on her iPod.
Family members of some of the suspects were furious in court on Thursday, with some of them sreaming right outside the door, saying the girl made the story up.
Some of them screamed right outside that door that they believe the 16-year old made this story up, but the judge believes investigators have enough to move forward.
"She need to tell what happened. She was not raped," said one person.
Investigators said the girl reported that she had been raped by a group of teens in a wooded area across from the school.
The 16-year-old claims she left the campus with one of the teens to go to a nearby McDonald’s.
She told police three of the boys sexually battered her on the way to the McDonald’s and that the others later showed up and pulled her into the woods and raped her.
One of the teens told detectives the 16-year-old consented to having sex with them because, "If she wanted a milkshake, she would have to work for it," and that "she never said, 'No.'"
But according to the arrest report, she told police that she did tell the teens, 'No,' but they allegedly ignored her and circled around her in an intimidating fashion.
In a report obtained by Channel 9, the teens said the girl wanted to have sex and only got upset after her friends found out, but investigators believe they have evidence that will prove otherwise.
Reports said the victim can be heard in the video saying "no" repeatedly and that she told the boys "she wants to go back to school."
Police said the boys can be heard continually asking her to perform oral sex and one of the boys can be heard saying, "It’s his birthday."
"If the video contradicts what these boys are saying in their statement, the defense is going to have a real problem," said WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer.
Channel 9 learned one of defendants also recorded the crime, but deleted it. Other physical evidence includes the victim's underwear, bra and pink tank top.
Some of the suspects gave DNA swabs, except for Batton.
"She was not raped," said a friend or family member of one of the suspect. "This is exactly what she wanted. Now their lives are ruined."
Investigators said that over the weekend, they tracked down the accused juveniles in an effort to piece together what happened.
The suspects were in school before the arrest.
Deonte Stewart's aunt, who did not want to be identified, said she could not believe her 17-year-old nephew is sitting in a juvenile detention center.
“He went down to the office. They put him in handcuffs and they took him off to the police station,” she said. “This isn’t something he would do. We never had any problems with my nephew whatsoever.”
Winter Springs Police Chief Kevin Brunelle said they have plenty of evidence against the suspects, which was being reviewed by his team and the State Attorney's Office over the last week.
"This is a case where we were presented with information that is very complex and that required us to make sure we do a thorough, thorough investigation," said Brunelle.
Because Batton is 18, he's being held in the Seminole County Jail. The others are being held in juvenile detention, but their names were released because they are accused of a felony.
There are reports that Batton was the instigator in the alleged actions.
In 2010, he pleaded guilty to groping three students in the seventh grade, but because he was a minor a conviction was withheld from his record.
