ORLANDO, Fla. — Widespread rain and storms moved into Orlando early Saturday afternoon.
While many of people received needed rainfall -- more than an inch in spots -- hundreds of lightning strikes also came along with the storms.
The strongest storms will push southeast of Orlando for the late afternoon -- eastern Orange, Osceola and Brevard counties.
Scattered rain, however, will linger into the evening in most locations.
This will impact Orlando City’s soccer match at 7 p.m. versus Kansas City.
