ORLANDO, Fla. — Strong winter storms slamming the U.S. are also impacting travelers in Central Florida.

Flight delays and cancellations are building at Orlando International Airport on Tuesday.
Some of the issues in Orlando are related to two airports that have shut down in Houston due to the weather.

Flights headed to New Orleans are also being impacted.
As of Tuesday morning, there were around 42 cancellations and 15 delays at OIA.
OIA leaders are urging all passengers to check on their flight status before heading to the airport.
