Sunny and breezy start to Memorial Day weekend

ORLANDO, Fla. — It’s going to be a great day across Central Florida.

Meteorologist Kassandra Crimi said it would be mostly sunny and breezy, with highs in the upper 70s and low 80s, with winds northwest at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

We still have some coastal concerns on Saturday.

A high surf advisory remains in place for our beaches north of Cape Canaveral, and dangerous rip currents will be present.

Small craft advisories and gale warnings are still in place for local boaters.

The beautiful weather continues on Sunday.

It will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid-80s, and we’ll see some improvement in the water at our beaches.
