Starting May 15, the city will provide two free hours of parking at any metered or nonmetered parking spot by using the ParkMobile code ParkDTO. Orlando also will offer a valet parking validation program for participating downtown restaurants between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., which would reimburse restaurants who use the service between those times Wednesdays through Sundays on Church Street.

The ParkDTO code will be active 24/7, and can be used up to four times, with customers paying for any time over that amount. The program is similar to one the city started in May 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, which ended in 2021.
