This Disney Springs chef changed her menu; see why

Executive Chef Deaundra “Dee” Rolle has rolled out eight new menu items at The Edison restaurant in the Walt Disney World Resort’s Disney Springs entertainment district.

The Edison is a roughly 13,000-square-foot, two-story, 1920s-themed restaurant with antique radios, a giant clock, an interactive character named Roy that walks around and a TV so guests can watch black-and-white cartoon clips.

Keeping with the theme of the 1920s and current culinary trends, Rolle has created these new menu items:
